Salary : 23,000 - 27,000 per month

Qualifications :

Experience :
- 2 to 3 years in CRM field
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless navigation and user experience.
- Handle orders from High Net worth Individual (HNI) clients with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies tailored to the luxury home & decor industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data and trends, driving targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on CRM performance to management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce CRM, particularly with Shopify platforms.
- Experience working with High Net worth Individual (HNI) clients preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury home & decor industry is a plus.
Working Hours :
- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
