Customer Relation Coordinator - Industrial Product (0-5 yrs)
- Good communication skills with command on English language
- Handling and working on various applications.
- Coordination with customers, internal departments, global teams.
- Good understanding of MS word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to handle multiple calls/queries over the phone/chat/email and respond on timely basis.
- Handling clients, regular follow-ups of the clients, maintaining healthy relations with the client.
- Creative problem solving and solution-oriented approach to handle Client issues.
- A highly motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to prioritize and troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions in high-pressure, time sensitive situations.
- Be consistent with follow ups for all cases to ensure complete and timely resolution for the Merchants.
