- Responsible for managing loan portfolio and customers engagement.
- Take end-to-end responsibility from profile review, risk assessment, excel based reporting and data integrity.
- Manage communication and resolve customer grievances seamlessly across phone, email, chat.
- Fluent in written/chat/call based communication in English, Hindi & one of (Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu)
- Really proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with MIS, analytics and social media
- Should be sincere, honest and a fast learner
