Customer Onboarding Role - BPO/ITeS (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Attracting customers by answering product and support related questions.
- Provide LMS (Learning Management System) tour to new customers and onboard them to the purchased program
- Understand the Customer objective on purchasing the desired program and orient them on their learning path
- Suggesting information about other products and services available with us
- Answering telephone calls, emails & messages to understand the student concern & address them according to the company standard operating procedure.
- Resolving product or support problems by clarifying the customer's complaint after verifying its validity
- Provide - WOW- experience to the customers who come along.
- Must know how to generate Feedback & work on the feedbacks to satisfy the customer requirement
- Generate reviews/identify problems & fix the problems.
Requirements :
- Must be at least an Undergraduate, preferably BE or MBA
- Must be friendly and be customer centric.
- Strong communication skills accompanied with excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers either on-call or in-person
- Thorough knowledge of the product or service being advertised.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are a must.
- Market knowledge is essential and must be updated on current affairs and trends.
- Engineering Background will be a Bonus
