Salary: upto - 50,000 per month + - 10,000 incentives
About the Role:
The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of mandatory experience in wealth management and will be responsible for client relationship management, sales growth, and offering customized financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) by providing personalized wealth management solutions.
- Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed sales targets for mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products.
- Financial Advisory: Understand client financial goals and recommend the best investment strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on financial markets, investment trends, and competitor offerings.
- Onboarding & Client Servicing: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent post-sales support.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address client queries, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure high customer retention.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Wealth Management (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications like NISM, CFP, or relevant financial qualifications will be an added advantage.
