Customer Management Specialist - Metals & Steel (1-2 yrs)

The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Understanding and addressing the unique needs and goals of our clients.
- Providing personalized support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.
- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our products or services.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Developing and executing customer retention strategies.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights and solutions.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Metals & Steel industry.
- You have working knowledge of communication and customer handling
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
