Customer Loyalty Manager - Sales (1-2 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Connect with customers and prospects to book customised and off-the-shelf orders over telephone, WhatsApp and social media and or any other platform based on pre-defined offers and discount schemes.
2. Performing invoicing related activities on point-of-sale system.
3. Coordinating with the kitchen team to share and gather updates daily.
4. Coordinating with logistics team to allocate dispatch orders and gather delivery status daily.
5. Conveying order status to customers over the phone and WhatsApp/Social media and or any other platform.
6. Redressal of customer complaints based on policies offered by the company.
7. Delivering a WOW experience to the customers by offering them festive discounts, loyalty bonus, surprise giveaways/upgrades and thank you notes based on promo schemes offered by the company.
8. Post content on Whatsapp, Social Media and other platforms as and when directed.
Technical Skills Required :
1. Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
2. Should have the patience to communicate with operations team and clients simultaneously.
3. Should be well versed with MS-WORD and MS-EXCEL.
4. Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Willing to learn new skills on the job based on the trainings imparted by the company.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA or B.COM Pass
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Acquired formal education in communication (Nice to have)
-Minimum 1 year Sales Experience in hospitality/retail/FMCG industry(Nice to have)
