Customer Lifecycle Management & Growth Executive (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated CLM & Growth Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in customer lifecycle management and growth strategies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement, optimizing the customer journey, and driving growth initiatives across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute effective marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of CLM initiatives and growth strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing processes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to align growth objectives with overall business goals.
