About the Role:

As a Customer Happiness Champion, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of user satisfaction and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Focused on delivering efficient, solution-oriented support, you will utilize best practices to address user queries. With excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail, you will foster interactions that reflect a commitment to quality and long-term relationships.

What You'll Do:


- Provide support to users through various communication channels, including messaging, email, social media, and phone calls.

- Monitor and identify issues such as platform bugs, fraudulent transactions, financial concerns, and -edge-case scenarios.

- Analyze and flag trends in user interactions to proactively address potential issues and resolve underlying causes.

- Identify gaps in the knowledge base and recommend updates to bridge those gaps.

- Stay updated with in-depth knowledge of the platform and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- A deep, genuine, and passionate commitment to customer support as a career.
