Job Description:
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering the highest quality and the best possible customer experience. The role involves ensuring quality and providing assistance to users of a product that is mobile first, multiplatform, multilingual and has over a million actives in 10 countries.
Mandatory Skills:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Science / Engineering
- 1 - 2 years of experience in any technology related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise of all major mobile platforms
- Detail oriented and has a keen eye for design and user experience
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure quality by validating the product from the users perspective
- Curate all user facing content - on the app, app store and website
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate projects and quality related processes with the Engineering Team
- Provide technical assistance to users via email, chat and social media
- Test the app both manually and via automation to ensure quality of every release
- Be abreast of technological advances on all major smartphone platforms
- Create copy that forms part of the app content, app store description and website
- Curate the app listing on all major app store
