Customer Experience Specialist (3-6 yrs)
This Customer Experience Specialist provides an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and manage customer deployments from start to finish. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams, and will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving account growth.
Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships within the marketing or technology sectors.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing potential issues or challenges.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Sherlock platform or similar marketing technologies is an advantage.
