Customer Experience Professional - Hotel (1-2 yrs)
Urgently need Customer Experience Coach for Delhi/NCR location min. Graduate required with (1 yr to 2 yrs of experience as Operations Executive in Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurants mandatory Checklist: Required Must have worked as a Restaurant Manager, Asst. Restaurant Manager or Shift Manager)
Salary upto 30000,

Job Description :
- To organize induction coaching of all the staff members of concerned Hub.
- To undertake joint visits to impart On the Job training and to address non-performance issues.
- To impart refresher training to the hub staff on current and on-going process changes.
- To ensure the Model Code of Conduct by the Field Executives and foster team building.
- To maintain MIS (Records) of training and individuals performance
- To take care of basic hygiene issues such as uniform, grooming, language, SIM cards, and statutory requirement w.r.t Field Executives salary and benefits.
- Interacting with the field executives for daily meetings.
- Going on the field (15-16 days/month for 2-4 hours) with the selectively delivery agents for monthly review and checks
- Will be stationed at Flipkart last-mile hub
- This is an on-roll requirement
