Job Description
Customer Executive position would be responsible for managing the Distributors and would be handling the front line sales team. He will be directly responsible for Volume and Sales Growth in the assigned territory.
Maintain and expand customer base building and maintaining rapport with channel partners, key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. To manage all sales related activities and ensures regular market of products with consistent growth as per assigned targets. Implement the monthly sales plan by outlet and follow up the execution on a daily basis. Ensures the full use of available shelf-space and POSM to expand our customer base. Reports on competitors' activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc. Ensures new acquisitions/ listing of products at all trade channels. Implement marketing campaigns & evaluate the success on monthly basis on execution, effective utilization of promotion tools etc.
Provide regular reports/MIS as per the requirement of the company.
Job Responsibilities.
- To Drive Secondary Sales and Achieve Targets
- To drive distribution in the market and handle direct Distribution and Distributors
- To drive Merchandising and Execution Standards in the Market
- Coach and Mentor the Sales team (PSR`s) for achieving Results
- Seek opportunities for business Expansion and drive inorganic growth
- Ensure receivables from the market are Recovered, monitored and controlled
- Should have the capability to handle teams
- Should be Analytical and Data driven
- Maintain and Grow the customer Relation in the Market
- Develop new Avenues for Growth thru innovative initiatives
- To ensure the Assets of the company are utilized and protected
- Act as a bridge between the Organization and customer/Consumer.
- Should adhere to all Policies and compliances of the Organization.
- Should Possess high levels of integrity.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Word, PPT, Excel
- Graduate or MBA with 3+ years of experience in Beverages/FMCG industry
- Good communication skills - both written and oral
- Age: Should be young and dynamic below 30 yrs.
- Well versed with Market knowledge.
- Achievements in driving sales targets.
- Good stability.
- Good with academics.
