Customer Engagement & Sales Support Role (4-6 yrs)
Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Customer Engagement and Sales Support. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, as well as providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support throughout their journey.
- Assist the sales team in managing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Handle incoming inquiries and requests from customers, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information within the CRM system.
- Support sales representatives in preparing sales materials and presentations.
- Assist with product demonstrations and lead generation activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and customer-centric mindset.
