Qualification : BPharm Graduate HSC
Should have min 1 year of exp in Customer Service/ Telecalling/ Voice Process
Responsibilities:
The Customer Delight Executive would be responsible for communicating with Operation Managers and deal with all customer related issues to create a stronger organization brand.
He/ She would be a critical player in delivering the wow factor, which serves as the cornerstone for consistently delivering a superior customer experience.
To engage with the retailers and ensure that the standard practices and process are implemented across all units
Serves as a resource for clients seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services, products and amenities in an exceptional and timely manner.
