Designation : Management Trainee - Business Development

Location : Bangalore

Salary : 2,40,000 (MBA Marketing Fresher)

Mandatory Criteria :

Candidate should have above 60% in all Academic year

Should have good communication skill

Role :

1. Will be a part of the sales and marketing team. Will be trained in various aspects of sales and marketing from some of the best enterprise sales managers in the country today.

2. Will be trained in the products and services offered by CCS. Will receive training on world-class CRM products like Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics etc.

3. work with the team is understanding the product and solution offering. Assist the team in marketing, lead generation, solution pitch, research and analysis on market segments etc.

Other responsibilities:

- Cold calling and lead generation.

- Research and build a strong database of prospective clients and key decision makers. (via outbound calling, email communications and other marketing methods)

- Demonstration of Fixed scope CRM solutions and qualifying the opportunities.

- Keeping track for appointments and maintain call reports.

- Regular follow-ups over the phone & emails for closing the sales.

- Closing the deal electronically or in person.

- Develop and maintain relationships with the prospects/clients.

- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM and provide update on a weekly basis.

- Maintain and expand database of prospective customers within the given territory.

- Responsible for meeting monthly metrics such as setting appointments and identifying new prospects.
