This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish Customer Care Specialist in Jaipur. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through customer support for HealthCare US Outbound Process, utilizing analytical skills to address issues, and communicating effectively with customers.
Qualifications :
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Communication skills
- Analytical Skills and Customer Service experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages
- Experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
