The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Appoint distributors in allotted territories
- Managing dealer network of distributor
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with channel partner
- Working on corporate leads and other leads
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management
- Ensure inventory availability at the Distributor side
- Increasing portfolio sizes of respective Distributor partner
- Weekly & Monthly Stock and Sales Reporting

- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
- Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned ENTER_CHANNEL retailers.
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
- Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
- Enhancing the company's brand awareness and corporate image.
- Developing and executing effective PR plans through translating brand and key messages into media concepts and compelling stories.
- Leveraging a variety of media channels to maximize the company's brand exposure through interviews, editorials etc.
- Building strong and positive relationships with media, influencers and other related parties.
- Developing and editing news releases, speeches, articles and other editorial collateral.
- Managing an external PR agency.
- Analyzing and reporting results of PR campaigns & initiatives.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Sales (B2C) or Telesales role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
- You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
