Customer Care Role - International Voice Process - BPO (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Voice BPO will be in charge of answering calls and speaking directly to customers.
- Inbound support outsourcing : Inbound support outsourcing is a process in which agents take the calls of clients or customers on behalf of a business or client to solve their queries. If required they have to handle the chat or revert back to the mail.
- Outbound voice process : Outbound process is conducted by outbound calls. They deal with sending calls to the customers. While sending the calls, their motive is to market the services of the company. Their purpose is customer acquisition, lead generation, and marketing.
- Outbound customer service jobs involve advisors directly reaching out to customers and potential customers, without any prior solicitation.
- An inbound call centre agent, on the other hand, is responsible for answering calls that customers and potential customers make to the company.
