Customer Care Role - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
WFO- Opening for Customer Care position for a leading FMCG co, in Bangalore (Banaswadi location))
Job Purpose : To handle customer calls, queries and complaints.
Job Shifts: Rotational Shifts
First shift: Monday to Friday.
Second shift: Tuesday to Saturday.
First shift : 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Second shift : 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM
Principal Accountabilities :
- To provide customer service by answering calls professionally & provide information about the product/service.
- To communicate in a clear, pleasing voice
- Co-ordinate with distributors to handle product related issues.
Knowledge & Skills :
- Good Spoken and understanding skills of English, Hindi and any vernacular language (Telugu, Kannada)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good Listening skills
- Ability to handle stress
- Basic knowledge of MS-Excel for updating data & archiving reports.
Education :
- Any Graduate
Experience :
- At least 6 months of experience in handling customer calls.
- Should have experience of working in corporate environment
