Customer Care Role - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
Key responsibility:
- Handle inbound calls of customers and provide resolution
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
- Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers via phone, email or social media.
- Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Data entry Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
