Job opportunity in Czech Republic

Job Description :

- Processing of customer inquiries regarding products, services and ongoing orders and complaints via telephone, email and chat within the designated area of responsibility.

- Mainly for the German market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). 


The use on the Czech market is possible (speaking Czech) meet the qualifications : 

- The layers are planned centrally from Germany. A layer usually starts 7:00 to 12:30.

- Within a week, there may be differences in the beginning of the shift. A rotation of the early, midday and late shifts week is expected. The layers are planned a month in advance, an exchange with a colleague is possible. (An example of such planning month at the end of this document)

- 40 hours working week

- Depending on call volume overtime warden offered in the Czech legislation,

- Working hours of the project: Monday to Friday 7:00 to 21:00. 


This may, in accordance with the requirements of customers in the future be adjusted as follows :

- Monday to Sunday from 6:00 to 24:00.

- Conditions - German language skills level B2

- To work motivation in a call center

- Willingness to learn new and apply in practice

- Good to Very good communication skills

- Work flexibility and readiness in shifts

- No criminal record

Additional advantages : 


- 25 days leave per calendar year (from January 1 to December 31) in proportion to the length of employment. is in a contract of employment less than one year, the holidays are reduced accordingly.

- Food vouchers from the second working month's worth of 90 - CZK per working day (5.5 hours worked) o 55% paid by the employer, 45% deducted from the salary

- Discounted calling plan from 49 CZK / month, up to 5 SIM cards for employees and their family members (upon successful completion of the probationary period)

- Training starts on the day of work commencement

- Full paid training

- The training lasts 3 weeks Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30

- Participation in training is mandatory for all and a prerequisite for the employment relationship
