Customer Care Role - Beauty Industry (1-5 yrs)
- Min. 1 year of Inbound / Customer Service / Customer Care/Chat Process/Email Process experience into voice process is required from Beauty Industry.
- Take cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints/feedback.
- Must have handled inbound call flow.
- Candidate will be responsible to solve customer queries over call,e-mails,chat.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Will also be involved in activities like elite calling and pitching the customer regarding special product offers.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Must have experience in Beauty Industry.
