Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic customer care executives to join our Mark and Spencer Voice and Chat (Blended) process. This role involves handling customer queries and providing excellent service through both voice and chat interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via voice and chat channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and chats.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Education: Undergraduate/Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
Skills: Excellent communication skills.
Compensation:
Salary: - 15,000 - 20,000 CTC
Work Schedule:
Office Timings: 8 AM-8 PM Window (9-hour shifts)
Work Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
