Position Overview :

- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position requires effective communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities :

Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide appropriate solutions promptly.

Issue Resolution : Take ownership of customer problems and follow through to resolution. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up and updates to customers.

Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately address customer inquiries and provide relevant information or assistance.

Order Management : Process customer orders, changes, and returns efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.

Complaint Handling : Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking opportunities for improvement and learning from customer feedback.

Technical Support : Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers experiencing product-related issues, including troubleshooting and offering solutions.

Customer Engagement : Proactively engage with customers to build positive relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our company.
