Customer Care Representative (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and social media platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish/Portuguese, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Support : Provide excellent customer support via email, chat and social media channels maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.

2. Issue Resolution : Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints promptly, striving to find effective solutions.

3. Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to answer customer questions and recommend appropriate solutions.

4. Communication : Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments within the company.

5. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.

7. Conflict Resolution : Handle challenging situations and conflicts with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

8. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and share insights to improve customer satisfaction.

9. Adherence to Policies : Follow company policies and procedures while providing customer service and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications :

- Higher education or specialised training in areas such as communication, business or customer service

- Proven customer service experience or related role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Spanish/Portuguese

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
