Customer Care Officer - BPO (0-3 yrs)
Customer Care Officer (Must know English & Arabic language)
Job Location - Gurgaon, India
Salary - INR 18,000 - 20,000 monthly
Candidate Requirements:
- Education - HSC/ Graduate
- Experience - 0-1 year work experience in Service Industry\BPO
- Fresher's who can speak English and Arabic can also apply.
- Must be able to speak English and Arabic language
- Must have good English typing skills.
- Day Job - (8 am to 9 pm Shift window)
- 6 Days working with rotational weekly off
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in the agreed timely and friendly manner.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing escalations.
- Dealing with client complaints in a positive and proactive manner. Request support of the Team Leader in significant escalations.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call Centre metrics while providing excellent Customer service.
- Guide client through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the product or services.
