Customer Care Executive - BPO (0-2 yrs)
We are hiring "300 Customer Care Executives for " Multinational Companies " in Try-city area.
Responsibilities: -
1. Responsible for Customer care activities and other business coordination activities
2. Prepare daily customer care activities in the form of MIS and update the Director periodically
3. Good in PC operation and sound in MS Office
4. Solve customer disputes & ensure their satisfaction
Skills Required: -
1. Hindi/ Punjabi.
2. Basic Computer Knowledge.
Qualification Required: -
1. 10th Passout.
2. 12th Passout.
3. Any Diploma Holder.
4. Any Graduate.
5. Any Post Graduate.
Shift Timings: -
1. Morning.
2. Evening.
3. Night.
4. Rotation Shifts.
Salary offered: - 8,000/- to 15,000/- Per Month
