Join Reliance Jio as a Customer Service Representative and be part of our dynamic team delivering superior service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist customers with account-related issues, service inquiries, and technical support.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

- Provide accurate and relevant information about Reliance Jio products, services, and promotions.

- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements :

- Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.

- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

Note :

This is a remote/work from home opportunity. Interested candidates meeting the requirements are encouraged to apply. Salary offered will be in the range of 10k-14kper month.
