Customer Accounts Manager - Sales & Marketing - Sheet Metal/Fabrication Business (8-20 yrs)
Responsibilities are mentioned below
1. Should have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing, Key accounts management at precision sheet metal industry/Fabrication Industry
2. Experience at aerospace industry is preferable & should be expertise in techno commercial skill, and estimation and costing of precision sheet metal fabrication business
3. Domestic & International marketing : Strategic planning & development, achieve set sales revenue
4. Should have experience in handling global customers and MNC's, working knowledge on International marketing such as France, US & Europe countries is highly preferable
5. To discuss commerciality with client, Business Drive, Strategic Planning & Marketing Communications, Retain and enhance customer loyalty
6. Client Retention/Acquisition and Stake holder Management & to be able to close the orders
7. Persuasive Negotiation & Product Development
8. Business growth in Product Engineering services for clients
9. Business Development, Product Positioning & Branding and meet order booking/dispatch target for the region.
10. Planning, Budgeting, Execution & adhere to delivery schedules as committed
11. Should have experience in estimation of turret punching, laser cutting/welding, Bending, powder coating etc
12. Should have knowledge on Powder coating and/or stamping is preferable
Functional Skills :
- Should have good techno commercial skill & negotiation skill
- Should have worked in SAP & proficient knowledge on Excel
- Should have good communication skills
Qualification : BE Mechanical with 8-15 years of relevant experience
