Curriculum Development & Writing Role - Education (3-6 yrs)
As a Curriculum Developer & Writer, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with an awesome technical team to produce product training curriculum in a cross-functional, distributed environment. You will play a crucial role in creating learning material to enable new hires across all job functions, to become product experts in the shortest time possible. Creating content and evaluation system around re-certifications and advanced product training is also part of this job function.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years curriculum development & writing experience
- Advanced ability to write with attention to narrative and copy.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials and content to include creating online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials.
- Knowledge and ability to implement various evaluation levels.
- Knowledge of learning technologies and support systems, such as collaborative learning software, learning management systems, and authoring tools.
- Knowledge of assessment methods and formats, such as multiple choice, hands-on, open-ended response, etc.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and techniques.
Job Description :
- Design, write and develop instructional materials; create interactive and engaging course content & build effective learning experiences.
- Design traditional, nontraditional, interactive and multimedia learning solutions
- Draw from a diverse background of design and learning techniques to define and sequence instructional content and strategies to optimize learning experiences.
- Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually from face-to-face to e-Learning and virtual).
- Upload, test and maintain content to an LMS.
- Design, author and edit complex e-learning programs including but not limited to measurable learning objectives, discussion topics, performance evaluations and knowledge assessments.
