Job Title: Currency RM cum Dealer - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities -

- Track client's positions and make regular calls as per their profile & preferences.

- Calling up in the morning to update clients on the markets & News.

- Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their portfolio, pass on Research calls to the clients and encourage them to take up trades.

- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with clients, to maintain a high level of retention of the existing clients and also focus on generating new business/client base.

- Maintain 0% dealing error.

- Has to make daily outgoing calls to the existing active and inactive clients & new clients, as per the schedule given.

- Ensure client meetings with active/ inactive clients as per the schedule.

- Reactivation of inactive clients as per the schedule.

- To help other RMs/ sales personnel to promote Currency business

- Has to keep abreast with the market developments and the relevant knowledge.

- Has to follow company's Compliance & Risk policies.

- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as per the requirements.

Key Skills: Key Skills -

- Graduate / Post graduate with- NISM currency Derivatives Certification

- Should have experience in client acquisitions

- Should have sound understanding of Currency markets and economic factors (Domestic and Global).

- Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, innovative, good communication skills

Industry : Broking

Mandatory:

- Good Communication Skills.

- Gender is open however there will be client visits so ask females if they are fine with it.

- Good at developing relations and handling clients.

- Pleasing personality and good convincing skills.

- Relevant Experience : minimum 1-2 year(s) experience in Currency Derivatives with client advisory. ( this includes at least some exposure in business development activities).

Job Location: Mumbai - Colaba

Working Days: 6 days

Mon to Sat. (Sat will be 10 AM to 1.30 PM)/ last saturday of the month will be off

Qualification: Graduation
