Curl Care - Business Development Executive (1-1 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
1. Research and identify new salons in targeted areas
2. Reach out to salons and introduce Curl Cure products
3. Onboard new salons and provide product training
4. Manage product shipments and ensure timely delivery
5. Maintain regular communication with salons to address queries or concerns
6. Monitor reorders and ensure stock availability
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with salon partners
8. Capture videos and testimonials for social media promotion
9. Assist with cross-marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility
10. Place standees and promotional materials at partner salons
11. Conduct in-person visits to salons when feasible to strengthen relationships
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
4. Knowledge of the beauty industry, particularly in hair care products
5. Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation
6. Willingness to travel and visit partner salons as needed
7. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
8. Passion for building relationships and driving business growth
