Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Conversion : Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality online leads for our network of doctors, targeting both domestic Indian and international markets.
- Target Achievement : Own and achieve monthly revenue targets by converting leads into paying clients. (7 clients/month - India, 2-3 clients/month - International)
- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, corporations, and other relevant entities.
- Proposal & Negotiation : Craft compelling proposals that showcase Cureya's value proposition and lead negotiations to secure new clients.
- Market Savvy : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Strategic Collaboration : Work seamlessly with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to tailor solutions that meet each client's specific needs.
- Industry Insights : Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and competitive landscape, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a leading edge.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
