Team Description :
Cult Pass is a Cure.fit product that aggregates the best gyms in the country. Through Cult Pass, the aim is to provide a multitude of gyms and fitness options on the platform which are operated by 3rd parties. The plan is to expand to 1000+ centers, across major cities in India in the next 2 years.
Key responsibilities :
- Identify potential partners by doing mystery visits to the center and recording an audit score
- Preparing a list of target gyms post-visit & audit scores
- Negotiating terms of association with owners/partners
- Collecting critical documents legal + financial for required for onboarding
- On-boarding the gyms to Cure.fit platform by coordinating with internal teams
- Account management of on-boarded partners
- Oversee the business tie-up and implement plans to grow the business of partner and Cure.fit
Desired background :
- The candidate should have performed BD responsibilities in the past.
- The candidate should have a knack for data and PnL understanding
- The role would involve a lot of travel across cities
- 2- 5 yrs of work experience.
