Job Description :
- As a Client Relationship Executive at CupShup, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
Responsibilities :
1) Client Management : Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all communications and inquiries.
2) Understanding Client Needs : Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand their marketing objectives, target audience, and campaign requirements.
3) Proposal Development : Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored BTL marketing proposals and campaigns that align with client objectives and budget.
4) Project Coordination : Coordinate the execution of BTL marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
5) Communication : Keep clients informed about the progress of their campaigns, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
6) Quality Assurance : Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards and align with client expectations.
7) Client Feedback : Gather feedback from clients post-campaign and use insights to improve future campaigns and strengthen client relationships.
8) Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging BTL marketing techniques to provide valuable insights to clients.
9) Upselling and Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or cross-sell complementary offerings to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
10) Reporting : Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, showcasing campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements :
1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Experience in client relationship management, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
3) Basic understanding of BTL marketing techniques and strategies.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
