Cupshup - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Overview of the Job Profile :
- CupShup is looking for Business Executive looking to make a real impact for themselves and the business and reap the rewards that this brings. The successful candidate should ideally come from a background in Digital/ Media, possess strong experience in building client relationships, and developing new accounts, and have an enviable little black book of industry names and contacts.
Responsibilities :
- Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
- Engage in the consultative sale of digital media solutions that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business
- Effectively managing your client relationships, demonstrating an ongoing contact plan that shows frequency and type of contact planned.
- Become a trusted advisor for our clients on implementing digital marketing strategy.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
- Develop strategies by analyzing new business opportunities.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
- Manage internal processes to reduce TAT, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
Requirement :
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience with a background in Digital Marketing Agencies.
- Successful track record in B2B Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
- Commercial and business awareness
- Agile to adapt to the dynamic business environment
