Cunix - Assistant Business Manager - International Sales (0-2 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY;
The position assists with the soliciting and handling of sales & BD opportunities. A Assistant International Business Manager will oversee all aspects of the business development processes and ensure close coordination and collaboration with the Business Development Head and the Director. He / She is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships and making business decisions. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
Core Work Activities :
- Create and present revenue objectives quarterly and annually.
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing services.
- Pre-sales activities including preparing collaterals and proposals.
- Review all market strategies for customers and evaluate all advertising and marketing plans to achieve objectives.
- Key stakeholder in process of developing functional and operational strategies
- Analyse market and develop quarterly forecasts for market. Co-ordinate with In-line manager and prepare forecasts for regions.
- Maintain efficient knowledge on all rules and regulations for various business operations.
- Monitor all everyday activities and resolve all customer complaints appropriately.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Leading/participating in Organization Development initiatives required for growth of organization.
- Working across functions with peers in the group to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
- Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
- Prepare and review customized reports that go to senior management and other stakeholders periodically.
- Building relationship with the end-clients and Vendors & Channels and promoting CUNIX services

- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas, issues, and procedures successfully at all the levels to the BD head.
