CUMI - Product Management Specialist - Retail Business - Abrasives Vertical (2-5 yrs)

WHAT KEY ROLES WILL YOU PLAY?
1. Identifying consumer insights, evolving trends with respect to application, usage efficiency upon market interaction.
2. Go to market planning for existing and new products Sales and Promotional support.
3. Identifying challenges in Product acceptance by analysing data
4. Conduct competitive products- studies and identifying gaps in product portfolio basis users interaction
5. Work along and support the Group Product head on
a. Price Mapping and value offered
b. Feature -Advantage- Benefit based Positioning
c. Market Structure and Sizing
d. Inputs for promotional support, consumer offers and trade offer
7. Devising multilevel sales pitches
We are looking for an MBA Marketing with 3-5 years of experience, in a similar product management / Brand Management
Industry exposure: FMCD / Building materials / Sanitary/Electrical Hardware- switches/ Power tools/white cement/adhesives/PU finish/ paints
