Culturro Technologies - Digital Marketing Specialist (1-3 yrs)
About the role :
We're looking for an individual with 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably with a B2B SaaS Company. The person will work closely with the CEO to drive quality leads and conversions. The person will be mainly responsible for the following:
Develop and deliver end-to-end campaigns for Lead Generation and Acquisition in International and Domestic markets
Content :
1. Strategize and execute the content strategy to attract and convert the target audience
2. Research and provide inputs on content for blogs, whitepaper, web, and webinars
3. Create compelling well-researched content around employee engagement, employee experience, and HR to educate potential users about the benefits, using the website, blog, social media, and community forums
4. Repurpose content into various forms including and not limited to slides, videos, podcasts, infographics
Social :
1. Lead and build Culturro's social media presence
2. Design Culturro's social voice and character
3. Craft original and compelling campaigns to drive engagement across all platforms
4. Maintain a calendar and ensure a healthy content tempo
regular reporting of campaign performance and hitting of growth metrics (engagement, reach, conversion)
Community :
1. Build communities and engage the audience through content and webinars
2. Active outreach to prominent industry figures and thought leaders for webinars and podcasts

What we look for :
Skills and Experience :
1. 1-3 years of experience in SaaS Marketing and above areas
2. Understanding of various social media channels and content writing to drive engagement
3. Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
4. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
5. Understanding of HR topics, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience is a major plus
6. Strong project management and time management skills
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage

About the hiring process :
Our hiring process has multiple steps that include an initial screening round, founder round, team discussion, a short assignment, and a final founder round
Compensation :
Base pay: Rs. 7 - 8.5 lakhs per annum (based on prior experience)

Work Location :
Currently, we are working remotely. In Q1 2022, we will reopen our office in Gurgaon and expect all the team members to work from the office. We will follow a hybrid work policy in the near future where you will be required to work from the office at least 3 days per week
