Culture Holidays - Customer Support Role (3-9 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound and outbound queries of international clients related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges, etc.
2. Follow ups with the clients for existing reservations.
3. Resolve questions and be able to process all travel inquiries.
4. Coordinate business communications on emails, coordination with the clients (B2B) on their enquiries
Job Requirements :
1. Willing to work in Night Shift i.e. 10 P.M. to 7 A.M.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Understanding customer requirements.
4. Candidates having experience in international process will be preferred.
