Job brief :
- We are looking for competitive Field Sales Partners to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will generate potential leads and close sales to achieve targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with members, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities :
- Get the sale using various customer sales methods (cold calling, Direct selling etc).
- High on ownership, can operate independently, hustler and a data driven individual (report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data).
- High on target achievements, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Maintain and expand the client database.
Requirements and skills :
- High on sales intent and ownership
- Pipeline management/lead management
- Computer use competency (good in excel).
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills is Mandatory.
- Self motivated and driven
- Team player
