Role - Sales Consultant
Objective :
The role of Membership Sales Consultant involves identifying prospective members' health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. A Membership Consultant will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
- Support dedicated portfolios of the business, partnering with team members to answer any presales queries and communicating the benefits of exercise to prospects and members
- Achieve monthly membership sales target with minimum performance criteria (MPC) and achieve ratios through the use marketing materials and support in a constructive manner to effectively maximize the achievement of sales goals
- Ensure updated product knowledge at all times including all the benefits, facilities and services offered by the fitness club
- Maintain an effective working relationship and knowledge of all departments within the club
Preferred Qualifications/ Requirement :
Candidates with at least 1 year related sales experience and proven ability in achieving sales targets would have an added advantage
- Able to give good sales presentations and tours of the club in English
- Able to create interest in the club as well as selling in person face-to- face.
- Dynamic individuals without sales experience are welcome to apply as intensive training and career development will be provided.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, energetic and preferably with a genuine in tersest in communicating the effectiveness
