Job Summary :

Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and operations activities within a designated cluster of locations. This role involves driving sales growth, overseeing daily operations, and leading a team of Centre Managers to deliver business & experience objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Management :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cluster.

- Monitor sales performance daily and implement action plans to address any issues or opportunities in real time.

- Foster relationships with Centre Managers and stakeholders to drive business growth month on month

Operations Management :

- Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations within the cluster.

- Ensure efficient and effective operational processes by solving facilities and customer issues to deliver stellar experience.

- Implement best practices and standardize procedures ensure the audits are defect free.

People Management :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve their best performance.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a multi-location environment like retail chains with at least 2 years of experience

- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to take informed decisions.
