Job Description:
As a Franchisee salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence through the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities :
Franchisee Acquisition : Identify and target potential franchisees within the designated territory in India. Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of leads for prospective franchisees.
Sales Presentations : Conduct informative and persuasive sales presentations to potential franchisees, highlighting the benefits and opportunities of partnering with the House of Cult brands. This includes preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches.
Qualification and Screening : Qualify potential franchisees based on their financial capability business acumen, and alignment with our brand values and vision
Franchisee Support : Provide guidance and support to prospective franchisees in understanding the franchise agreement, investment requirements, and operational expectations.
Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate franchise agreements and close deals with qualified candidates, ensuring all terms and conditions are agreed upon.
Documentation : Manage all documentation related to franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential locations for new franchises.
Reporting :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team
