Relationship Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and customer service-oriented relationship manager to join our organization and work with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with clients, educating them about our services, focusing on improving their experience and ensuring that we retain 90% of our customers. You- ll also play a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales to the existing customers.
Relationship Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with customers so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
- Participate in one-on-one discussions with customers to explain the product value and take their feedback and suggestions.
- Understand the problems and challenges of the customers and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
- Ensure TAT of query response at 4 hrs and that of query resolution at 24 hours.
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell by pitching different available products to the existing customers.
- Actively seek customer feedback and suggestions and use that to drive product and process improvements.
- Develop and execute a strategy to meet the revenue targets set for the month.
- Ensure excellent program delivery to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
- Own customer satisfaction and drive the NPS.

- 3+ years of experience in a key account manager, customer service or customer retention role.
- Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to understand data and formulate action plans according to the same.
