Cuemath - Manager - Sales (2-7 yrs)
About the Role
- We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a history of dealing with international customers and with a proven B2C sales track record to hit the ground running in our rapidly expanding international sales team with minimal training.
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for your own individual sales pipeline, and the conversion of qualified international prospects (parents) into customers by explaining our products and services for K-12 education and guiding them through the enrollment process. This job requires a high degree of ownership for delivering revenue targets from the set of qualified prospects provided to you.
- Individually, you will be responsible for getting max enrollments/admissions from a set of high intent international prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform outreach and sales activities with qualified prospects Engage, educate and convert prospective parents.
- Manage the funnel of prospects provided to you, and maintain a healthy conversion rate.
- Meet revenue targets from the provided pipeline
- Discuss the problem-solution fit with each prospect and align Cuemath and its services to the serviceable needs of the customer.
- Take ownership of the funnel provided to you, maintain a healthy funnel at all times and to ensure a delightful customer experience while maintaining targets.
Skills Required :
- Top-tier communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Effective sales skills, with a proven track record in consumer sales.
- Analytical ability to understand interdependent business processes.
- Attention to detail in serving customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and metrics driven environment.
- Proficient in multitasking.
- Open to, and comfortable with rapidly changing dynamics of a startup-environment.
- Ability to work as per international standards and timings.
