Responsibilities
1. Creating concise, grammatically correct, innovative and convincing headlines/ body content.
2. Researching and organizing facts about the company to effectively handle social media queries and feedback.
3. Building a good brand image through gripping and original content.
4. Maintaining quality and consistency of content, while meeting all deadlines.
5. Responsibility for handling social media interactions, via the reporting manager/ supervisor.
Skills Required:
1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment.
2. Strong written and verbal communication in both Hindi & English Language
3. Analytical mind and attention to detail.
4. Flair to evaluate situations via social media content and writing.
5. Excellent relationship building & understanding of the target audience
6. Excellent Communication Skills (Multilinguistic)
7. Basic knowledge of MS Office
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Postgraduate students of Journalism, Mass Communication or any related course (Preferred).
