- As an Academic Counselor you will be the first individual from the Cuemath family a prospective customer (in our organization the parent of a school-going child) interacts with and that first interaction will set the stage for what's to come.

Keen listening skills, ability to synthesize and clearly articulate the needs of parents and learners are also key skills for this role.

- You will be responsible for speaking with the parents of prospective Grade 9-12 learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth process from lead to enrollment. Other daily responsibilities include lead nurturing, maintaining CRM hygiene and working closely with cross-functional teams.

- Making calls, consulting prospects, engaging, following-up and providing value to customers is all in a day's work for an Academic Counselor. We expect you to build long term relationships with prospective customers and go the extra mile to delight customers.
