Cue Blocks Technologies - Business Development Specialist (4-6 yrs)
- As Business Development specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating and maintaining sales revenue for CueBlocks by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting the value proposition of our services. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with the internal teams and the clients/ prospects.
What will you be doing ?
Lead Generation :
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels including calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and industry trends.
- Sales Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals.
- Generate regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and forecasted revenue to share with sales management.
Sales Strategy and Closing : Collaborate with the management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Close sales deals, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Identify and execute cross selling and up selling opportunities with the existing clients.
Client Engagement : Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Understand and assess clients' requirements, and tailor service offerings to meet their specific needs.
- Address existing client's grievances and urgent requirements.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns, and promotional activities that support sales efforts.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as customer support and product development, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
What skills and experience do you need ?
- An experience of 4+ years in selling to the North American, European and Oceania markets.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Previous experience of working with eCommerce businesses/ clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Adaptability to learn about new products, industries, and market trends.
- Remote work is not applicable for this role; the individual is required to be physically present in the office.
